Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy Life Skills Sessions involve Occupational Therapists, students, and upper extremity limb different adults. Sessions entail activities that involve bimanual activities, fine motor activities that include arts and crafts activities to adapt developmental appropriate daily life tasks for children.  Activities include writing, cutting, drawing, and also self care activities (ADL’s) such as shoe tying, buttons, zippers, problem solving bathroom tasks, hair management, exercise, driving, and more. OT’s are there to help facilitate and share their expertise.
