Jim Damicis
President of the Board

What year did you get involved with Camp No Limits?

2004

Did you start as a family/camper, volunteer/staff, or another role?

Family

Fun fact about me:

All of my family has made lasting friendships through the camp community and we have watched our daughter, Adrienne, grow from an 8-years old camper in 2004 to a happy healthy adult and current camp mentor in 2024.

Why do you feel it is important to serve on the board?

I think it’s important to help in any way needed so that Camp No Limits can meet its mission and continue impacting as many youth and families as possible. To share the experience of all the friendships and support that the camp community has provided me and my family with others.

Favorite thing about camp:

Meeting new families and reconnecting with past campers, volunteers, and families. I love seeing young campers grow and thrive over time.

Any tidbits of advice for families attending camp?

My advice for families coming to camp is to jump in, have fun, connect with people, ask questions, and share stories.
